We love getting smoothie recipes made with our product from our community sent back to us, and will admit that when we first saw this recipe from Jim with North East Multisport, we were a bit skeptical ourselves...but then we made it!
Jim lives in the north east (duh) where the weather has been, well, less than favorable recently. This has been Jim's go-to as a cold weather smoothie recipe, and I will say, the combo of the fall flavors like pumpkin and the brightness of the ginger is a seasonally appropriate yet bright and tasty way to hydrate, fuel, and recover. Give it a shot, we promise you'll love it.
12 oz coconut water
2-3 T tart cherry concentrate (you could also do 6 oz coconut water and 6 oz tart cherry juice)
1 T peanut butter
1 T pumpkin puree
1 t minced ginger
